A stunning venue awaits

The Berkeley City Club makes an absolutely beautiful and memorable location for your wedding or event. From Berkeley natives, to graduates of UC Berkeley, to architecture-lovers, people adore this “hidden gem” for celebrating life’s special moments – from a small wedding of 20 people to a dinner for 250.

When Julia Morgan was designing the building she drew on her architectural genius to design a structure that is in harmony with the surrounding environment with well-proportioned rooms that are pleasing and inviting.  She incorporated as much natural light as possible and created an indoor-outdoor lifestyle with the use of the courtyards, the terrace and large windows.

We have you covered for food, no matter the time of day or budget you have in mind.  Our in-house catering team can set up a breakfast buffet, boxed lunches or a sit-down lunch or dinner – basically anything your heart desires.  Our Executive Chef, Alaun Grimaud, has a fresh take on modern American cuisine and can tailor your special requests for dietary needs or culinary specialties.

We have a variety of vendors to recommend for accommodating beautiful lighting, lush linens, picturesque floral arrangements, special glasses, flatware and more.  Reach out to us at events@berkeleycityclub.com to inquire further or to book a site tour.
