Aquatics Exercise is offered on Wednesdays from 4pm – 5pm and is $10/class for Club members and $15/class for non-members.

It is a great workout that is easy on the joints, low impact and great for toning.

Back into the routine at the Club is Tai Chi, led by instructor Quinn Walker.

Tai Chi is a great way to lower blood pressure, improve breathing and increase wellness while obtaining a state of calm and clarity.

Classes are offered the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month at 4pm and bookings are available on Eventbrite at only $10/class for Club members and $15/class for non-members.  Wear comfortable, loose clothing and enjoy the benefits of health, fun and martial arts.
